"Pick the day. Enjoy it - to the hilt. The day as it comes. People as they come... The past, I think, has helped me appreciate the present - and I don

Hello my fellow friends, yes been away for so long and I have miss you terribly. A little note for all my new friends, I wish you all one happy new 2008. Possibly through writing this blog it has enable me to have meet the most kind and interesting people.

Earlier today I saw of this day darkness, my to-do list was full of chores to accomplish before the coming of new years but as I read this quote online it helped me noticed it was the brightness it has been. Not to think of the future but appreciate the present day. No one but Audrey is the most adequate to quote today. I hope all of this makes sense, a degree in creative writing would be really handy here.

"Pick the day. Enjoy it - to the hilt. The day as it comes. People as they
come... The past, I think, has helped me appreciate the present - and I don't
want to spoil any of it by fretting about the future"

-Audrey Hepburn

And not because of the new year approaching is this quote the best time to say it, I will enjoy this day and not worry some much about 2008, not long beyond December 30. I will take day by day, be playful, maybe teach my dog some tricks of course after cleaning...

cute as a button

Whom I like to met! Danny of course. The boy can sew and look good in his own clothes. Hes young yes but I love that he doesn't necessary wear whatever hipsters his age are wearing! And he can SEW (I know I said this before somewhere).

Thank you!

Janet from Je ne sais quoi picked me as Rockin' Girl Blogger. Honestly I do not know why she picked this little blog but I am glad she did. A little blush on my cheeks turned out in my face when I saw her comment. Thank you! If I knew her address I would def. be writting her a "THANK YOU" note. Now whom do I pick? I couldn't have it tougher I like several blogs.

1. La Primavera. An intellectual, a proclaimed "feminist", loves both Fashion and Books! She writes informative articles and most certainly is a blogger who takes full advantage of the secret identity of blogging; never afraid to say something out loud.

Umm.. All of you who love fashion, design, literature!

No big shock here but today the Sartorialist proudly announce his new contract with CondeNet. I like to think of Scott S. as the pioneer behind the street style blogging. Looking back two years ago he was and still manages to shot stylish people ONLY about new york and other major fashion cities. You say easy as pie well I think it takes more than a man and a camera, it takes appreciation for finer fashion and taste nonetheless. I seen some new street style bloggers and I have to say I'm not happy with what they display on their pages; shooting people for the sake of it to gain popularity. My congrats go to The Sartorialist.

Simple but chic! Paris? enough said.
