i would absolutely live there. depending on its proximity to a coffee shop. you always have to keep your priorities in mind.
imagine it with a minimalist screen wall of glass over the concrete structure...maybe backlit? a minimal glass box over the distressed structure.
and maybe some bird feeders...away from the house.
a starbucks near by would a nice commodity. i would love the concrete with a glass roof. endless possibilities.....

It WOULD rewally depend on how THE INSIDE looked!
