"DO YOU MIND IF I TAKE A FAST PHOTO?"

"DO YOU MIND IF I TAKE A FAST PHOTO?" is the line that the Sartorialist probably utters everyday... So every morning I pass this house and I think I have become more of a stalker than a neighbor, I remember when it was first been constructed, it stood out in a sea of traditional homes in the neighborhood. Don't you just love it, I wonder how the inside looks like. (I promise I take a better photo next time and maybe even ask the home owner "DO YOU MIND IF A TAKE A FAST PHOTO OF YOUR PLACE?").

it looks vintage 1945! brilliant. in a way that's the same kind of thing as imitating earlier architecture, which i hate to see, but in this case...it at least puts something interesting in an otherwise pedestrian area. i hate to see historic architecture reproduced, but that's just me. this example is really nice. i guess its similar to seeing a beautiful new necklace in art deco style or something.

nice capture. anyone who would build this in the middle of regular suburban housing probably wouldn't mind you taking a pic. i love it.

I lovve it! The front view kind of reminds me of the house from the Virgin Suicides, but in a LOT more modern and cool way..

in fact, I don't know why it reminds me of that house, ha...

Thanks for the history william d. a! you know your stuff.

Simply love this! The shape, the color, the "round" corner of the house.
